Replaced sheathing, affected shingles, chimney flashing.....prompt reply to initial query, guys were prompt on day of work, cleaned up. Would use again. Needed roof repair around chimney.

Workers were prompt, completed roof tear off and re-roof in less than 7 hours. Clean up was immaculate. Would recommend them to anyone. Roofing - Complete tear off of old shingles and replaced.
They were very efficient and they had great customer service. They were reliable and I was pretty happy with the job. They installed a new roof and gutters on my home.
Project Manager Jeff Mohr communicated very well, answered all of my questions and kept me up to date on the timing of the job. Price very fair, job performed to my expectations and per the contract. This is / was an extremely challenging job, both due to the design of the house and the weather conditions. Gridiron Guys started the job on the date I requested and completed about 75% of the work within my "desired" time frame (including working the weekends). They are finishing up the effort this week. Very well. The on-sight crew was punctual, polite and courteous, very efficient, and extremely hard working, The quality of the work was first rate. The crew I had, led by Lawrence, were a very cohesive team, and were very detailed. They worked like dogs in the 95 degree heat with 99 percent humidity. I would recommend this crew to anyone. Very well . They delivered exactly what they promised in a timely manor and at a reasonable price. We had siding and gutters done.
WOW!!!?Jeff came out to the house and checked the roof and the attic and came to the same conclusion that I had come to and that it was coming in around the stack pipe.After a close look he explained to me that there was a leak where the caulking let go on the stack pipe right under the hood that protects the area from water getting in. He said that it probably only leaks when we get those driving rain storms and the rain can blow up under that hood. He said he could fix it for me even though he didn't have to.
