It was good. The gentleman that came over to do it was nice and not pushy. They didn't really follow up to much after the quote. If needed I would probably use them again. Did an inspection of our roof, caulked some areas of it that were leaking and gave us an estimate for a complete roof tear off and repair.

They came out and estimated. They worked with the insurance company. They completed vent work. It took two days for completion. It took a little bit of time to get started because it was right after a big storm and it was a bit busy. They did a good job cleaning up. I have found a few nails, but that's it. We had to go back and forth on billing a few times, so it wasn't completely smooth. I would weigh them against other providers before using them again. They completed an entire re-roof.
Purchased a Big Deal for the above. Great price for the gutter cleaning an the did a good job. They were very neat an there was no debris on the ground or evidence they were even there. They were very polite and professional. They did recommend more work being done to my roof than I think is necessary, I felt like they were trying to scare me a bit about it's condition but I have no complaints about them. Had a complete roof year off and replacement, same with gutters. The estimate was professional, accurate and on time (only 1 out of 4 companies that showed up when they said they would). The roof work was done very well, they were honest and hard working. Very clean and polite crew. Great customer service and communication all around. They did a wonderful job putting on my new roof. It looks wonderful. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. They were one of the lowest quotes I received for a new roof (complete tear off). I am very pleased with the product and would certainly recommend them to others. They did a full tear off and replaced my roof.
