Grid Iron Guys performed the inspection job to my satisfaction. I would hire them again. Grid Iron Guys checked my roof's flashing, caulking and shingles. They provided photos of the roof for my reference.
A very decent job cleaning out our rather extensive gutters on a two-story house. They came out promptly after being called to arrange the service, and I was more than happy to have someone else do the chore late in the Fall. I did not get any report about the roof condition, though. as was expected. But I got my money's worth as it was. Complete gutter cleaning, 2-story home
unknown We used The Gridiron Guys through an Angie's List special. They found a few things that needed to be repaired on our roof. They gave us an estimate for the repairs and we will be calling them in the near future to have the work done.
it went well - easy to communicate with - and job done thoroughly. at one point though - one of their staff was walking along the peak of our 3 story roof in the winter- with no protection - it scared me that he could fall. did fix soffits well - and added chimney covers- to keep squirrels out. also checked vents to make sure screens were intact as had squirrel tracks to them also. no squirrels since then!!
We first met with Jeff Mohr, project manager, for Gridiron Guys. He spent several hours on first consultation describing process, checking out roof issues, and answering all of our questions. He was able to give us an initial quote for everything that day! Jeff was polite, informative, and in general very knowledgeable about the products he recommended. They have been very responsive and flexible with scheduling. The staff have been professional and great over the phone. I have made an appointment for roof maintenance.

All in all, just an ok experience. We took advantage of an Angie's list special - gutter cleaning and roof inspection. They did blow the leaves out of the gutters (did not clean the downspouts)and took a few photos, but we didn't receive the "inspection report" and recommendations we expected.
