My wife and I out to eat on the rare occasion the kids didn’t join us. Moderate noise level but that’s to be expected when right at the peak dinner rush. Been to Grindstone several times. Always a good experience.
Reasonable menu prices drew me to come back. Food was good. They seemed to have plenty of wait staff.
We stumbled upon this place the last time we were in the area and loved it! We make a point of going back each time we are in the area! Great food!
Good wine by the glass selection. Unique salads. I recommend the salmon salad served with zucchini bread. Strong iced tea was excellent. They purify their own water and is the best water you have ever tasted.

First time visiting Grindstones on the Monon, and will definitively come back. Made reservations for patio for a Saturday evening and was seated immediately. Caitlyn, our server, was outstanding. Friendly, attentive and great customer service. Amazed at how quickly our food came after ordering and could not have been more pleased. Busy as the restaurant was, the whole experience was top notch! Will be back again soon!
