So glad to have Clancy toppers back and Fried green tomatoes and tenderloin and loved the sweet potatoe fries
Very good food and service but noise level was way too much. We would join others but not return on our own. We prefer a quieter environment

Very pleased with menu and food selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. We made a reservation so did not have to wait for a table. Will definitely go back again! also Tuesday is half price wine!

Isaiah, our server was great and attentive to our table. The food was really good, nice size portions. The music was a bit loud - not sure if there isn't enough sound absorption or what, but at times it was hard to hear our friends. (we sat near the stairs on the first floor). We will definitely be back!

You would never know we went during opening week. Everything was delicious, the service was good, and all courses came out as they should have. My only complaint was that I ordered a bowl of soup since I was planning on eating a lot of the appetizer and my husband ordered the ribs and steak. The server acted as if my son (who ordered a kids meal) and I couldn’t have any bread and it was only for my husband who ordered a larger dinner. It’s bread, and we spent around $100. I thought that was a little bit silly.
I did not get the bread that was supposed be come with my meal. The sirloin was grizzly, but the sweet potatoes fries were excellent.

Been looking forward for this restaurant to open, so it is brand new. We enjoyed being seated immediately at our reservation time. Service was very good, especially for a new restaurant. Food was prepared well with a pleasant presentation. The sugar cream pie was way too good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will for sure go back and look forward to sampling more items on the menu. Congratulations to the Foglesongs and we wish you the best with Grindstone’s Public House.

My husband and I loved Grindstone! We ordered a bottle of wine but they were out of that variety. They comp-ed us a much nicer bottle at the same price due to the inconvenience. Food was great, service is good for a brand new restaurant, and the chocolate cake is to die for.
