Bob was extremely accommodating with my father. Loved the fact that he offered 24/7 care with the same caregiver for one week at at time and then switched caregivers. Much less confusing for my father at the end and amazingly, much more affordable as well. Dad loved both his caregivers. Would totally recommend to anyone.
I called Bob at Griswold in a panic because my Mom was being discharged from the hospital and we didn’t have care in place yet. Within hours he was meeting us at the hospital to go over things and had care lined up. His willingness to help was greatly appreciated. We ended up not needing to use Griswolds services but I would call them again in a heartbeat if the need comes up again.
We are so grateful for the care that our father received through Bettina at Griswold. She was wonderful and cared for our dad when we couldn’t be with him. She truly loved him! We believe the Lord led us to this agency and specific caregiver. Griswold was professional, compassionate, and listened to exactly what we expressed that our dad needed. Bob always responded quickly to any need that came up. Could not have asked for a better experience!
My mother has had great luck with her 24/7 caregivers. They were kind, took excellent care of her and made her great meals to help her put weight back on after surgeries.
Griswold Home Care, Bob Bonville and his entire team are absolutely incredible to work with. To top it all off, Juliet Myton is by far the most caring, compassionate and committed caregiver you could ever imagine. She’s off the charts exceptional when it comes to taking care of her clients and took incredible care of our 94 year old mother for the last 14 months of her life.
