The most recent daytime caregivers were cna’s and excellent. Night caregivers sometimes had transportation or other issues out of their control. Everyone was very caring. I wish we could have used long term care insurance but they were difficult to work with.

It’s sometimes hard to find 24/7 care from consistent aides. Griswold Homecare referred us to aides that were always there for us and the two aides covered for each other when necessary. One aide was especially thoughtful and caring. Billing procedure was seamless and the director, Bob Bonville, was very helpful in advocating for our loved one in dealings with our long term care insurance company.
