Our experience has been overall very good. Some problems with having substitute care givers available. There is always going to be situations where someone may not be able to make it to work and there isn't coverage. Caregiver communication between each other doesn't always happen at shift change.

I always felt Bob would help in every way he could. His advice was spot on as he balanced both client and caregiver needs. he's what makes Griswold successful. Letha and Polly made a great team for our family. between the two of them they provided: a fun day, a loving environment, a clean house, a good nutrition plan, companionship for my dad and advice/education for the family. it wasn't always easy, but they believe in their calling and got us through the good times and bad. Bob you were a huge help. Since July of 2016 we have had two caregivers thorough your company. One of the helpers, Shirley was with us from the beginning with my dad until the end in July 0f 2019. The lack of turnover was key to our success dealing with two Alzheimer's afflicted parents. It was important they remain in their usual surroundings and their wish and our desire they remain in their home until the end. I'm not sure how things could have gone any better for them both.
