Our experience with Griswold Home Care was excellent. The office staff were very easy to work with and very efficient at getting necessary paperwork completed quickly. They also worked to facilitate reimbursement for the caregiving services by my mom's long term care insurance. My mom's caregiver, Ana, was excellent. I am so glad I hired Griswold to care for my mother. They listened to my needs and wants, listened to my desires for my mother’s care, and then sent the perfect caregiver.
