The Griswold Home Care for Bethel has been a wonderful partner in the care of our mother! Kelly and Shari work collaboratively with us to develop/refine Mom's care plan and work hard to identify staff that are a good fit for Mom, including Deanna who is like part of the family now. The Virtual Care Unit has given us extra peace of mind, monitoring her situation when she is alone, and letting us know if there is a problem. Thank you Griswold!

Griswold has been a blessing to me as a care provider for my mother, who has Alzheimer's and does not understand her need for help and occasionally shows resistance and anger over it. I would rate the Griswold team a perfect "10." My mother said all the care takers were very kind and considerate of her privacy. The Griswold team always contacted me to reassure that there would be evening care for my mother when she would occasionally come home from the hospital. Our 90 year old father recently needed rehab in a nursing facility. The transition from the hospital left him confused especially at night and we were afraid to leave him. We called Griswold in a panic and they were able to arrange overnight care for us starting the next night.
