Griswold has been a huge asset to our family. We were in a tricky spot with mom coming home from rehab, and our family could not handle taking care of her. Kelly was able to secure care for mom very quickly. We had no prior experience with in-home care, but Griswold made it extremely easy on us, and sent us a wonderful woman to take care of mom.

Trying to find a caregiver for my mom during COVID was challenging since I live in a different state. We got very lucky when we found out about Griswold. They guided me to help make decisions with mom’s care, and we were able to find a fantastic live-in caregiver through the agency. My sister and I are very upset that the time has come to take my Mom out of our house after 46 years and place her at Fillosa. We know she will not be happy with this change, but it is the only way right now to keep all of us safe and healthy. Kelly Coy, our administrator, is caring, detailed oriented, and proactive. She has identified qualified caregivers, communicated with them AND our family, and gone above and beyond during the coronavirus to help us figure out getting 24x7 coverage when we were left short at night. Wendy and Fay, our aides, have been professional and caring. Wendy in particular, has gone the extra mile for our family during the coronavirus - staying when others may have abandoned us. We would recommend this agency highly.
