My Dad's live-in care giver, Emmanuel, has been caring for my father for over one year since Dad's discharge from nursing care. At that time my Dad couldn't walk, but with the help of his physical therapists and Emmanuel, he was able to re-gain the use of his walker and walk again. I think Griswold is the best. They have been so good to me and have always sent me caregivers who have been angels The service is great and they are always here for me especially when I got very sick. So far everyone that I have had has been great. They do the cleaning and make me my meals, and go grocery shopping for me.

We love our aide Maria - she is responsible, dependable, and a perfect fit for what we need for our mom. However, we have not had such good experiences with the other aides that were sent to us - several were chronically late, several repeatedly did not show up, giving us little or no notice, and one who was supposed to start in June, decided at the last minute not to take the job, leaving us without a weekend aide.
