I found it to be very good, wonderful care giver. My only comment is that I would probably need more days but in a three hour block.

As this was our first experience with a live in home care aide it has been a great experience. Akira has been very helpful and we have a great routine together to assist my aunt to make sure she feels safe and comfortable.

Ryan was very pleasant and assisted my mother as needed with adult daily activities. Because of her stroke, my mother is not receptive to lengthy conversation, therefore companionship skills are mostly needed for my 95 yr old father. She helped my dad in the kitchen with food preparation. Much of the time my mother sleeps and the caregiver is resigned to sitting and waiting till my mother requires assistance, therefore giving ample time for personal phone use. Our care coordinator Sheila kept in touch with us regularly. She alerted us to any changes and work quickly to get us what e needed. The care giver, Monica was very kind diligent andcatered to my moms needs. She went above and beyond.

In this relationship, communication is extremely important. That and delivering what you say. In BOTH cases , I have found Griswald superior!
