Excellent experience. Staff has committed to regular (part time) schedule. She handled an emergency in a professional and caring way. The office staff have kept us infoormed and made emergencvy contact quickly and efficiently. They followed through in order to continue the service as planned, offering additional staffing (for overnight) if needed due to emergency situation. We ended up opting out of overnight awake but it was helpful to have it offered.
