We had a little bit of a rocky start, but within a few days everything smoothed out and we couldn't be happier. We have a gem in our home care worker and she is now like family. She does a fantastic job!

I was nervous at first however, after talking with Julie at Griswald, we felt very comfortable. We used Griswold twice -- The first time was for a week for just daytime. We then felt very comfortable using Griswold for 10 days including overnight each day. They gave my husband Gary and I a chance to "get away" and have a wonderful vacation -- just the two of us! In the future we will not hesitate to call on Griswold when we need a break from being caregivers.

The caregiver is exceptional and the staff is very helpful and communicates very well. They do everything to provide good timely service.

So far, so good. Mom likes Eva, and we find her to be very nice, capable, and caring. It was hard to find people to take some eve/weekend shifts industry-wide, so it's nice to have someone we can rely on for Mom's care.

Overall an excellent experience. Not all caregivers were a "10" but you worked constantly to get the kind of caregivers we needed--experienced with skills to deal with an ALS patient and potentially end-of-life stage. Lilyann Saunders and Judith Odette were 10's. Sheila Johnson was absolutely fabulous to work with-calm, courteous, professional, responsive, creative in putting staffing hours together, always calling when she said she would.

Care giver was outstanding. Always on time, cared for my sister as though it was her own mother. Pleasant to work with.

when we first contacted Griswold, Griswold set up a meeting with two of your people to interview us. it was very friendly, personable and felt reassuring that we would be comfortable with their home care services. only a short wait and we are now connected with a wonderful, young woman who helps me, a stroke survivor. she comes one morning a week and i am very satisfied and pleased with her. she is accommodating, thoughtful and considerate. thank you, Griswold, for your lovely care giver!!
