I was extremely grateful for the level of care and concern that was given to my Father during his last days. From the time of the initial intake with Molly and throughout the few months that Mawuli, Miles and so many others were there to help us with Dad’s care we were able to concentrate on our quality time with Dad because they were there to meet his needs. The experience for the most part has been very good. Caregivers and your staff have treated us with kindness and caring. They try their best to help the patient feel comfortable and take care of his needs. My only suggestion is after the patient’s needs are done, that the caregiver ask the homeowner is there any chore I may do for you like take out trash, run the vac, clean the bathroom. Have the caregiver offer each time rather than the homeowner ask them. Some do but others don’t. I would definitely recommend Griswold ... read more
