Overall our experience with Griswold has been very positive. However, understanding that the pandemic situation was difficult, but I believe more could have been done on your part. First to secure PPE, masks, gloves, etc for your caregivers - instead of us having to trying so long to get items. Second, to advocate and secure vaccines for not only your caregivers, but your clients as well. I hope this situation will be recified if boosters are needed.
