My experience was very good. Most of the caregivers who went to Villa Rafaella, to take care of my Daddy, were very good. One was excellent, Michael. He really went out of his way to take care of my daddy like he was his daddy. He walked him, shaved and groomed him, and would always tell me when I needed to restock items. I really appreciated that, so I didn’t run out of what my daddy needed and I didn’t have to check.
