We are pleased with the service Alex has been doing. However, we're not very happy w/the charges for limited service. (4 hr. Minimum is expensive for us”especially when all we Need is help with Phil's shower (1 hr.). Thank you anyway. Ann Damore

Great experience so far. Team was fast to find staff quickly to support my grandparents in their time of need. Very responsive with open lines of communications on changes, issues, etc.

The Caregiver you have provided to us is caring, thoughtful and kind. She has been with our Mom for 3+ years. She has been very helpful. Also when I call in to the main office I'm helped immediately or I receive a follow up phone call to resolve what ever issue(s) I have. Yes I would highly recommend Griswold Home Care to anyone who is looking for this kind of service.

It took us awhile to establish the service and communication that I was expecting and communication between the caregiver and myself but I think now with Ashley we are doing better and making progress. My dad is very independent and wasn't super happy to have someone come into his home to help so we've had to be a bit gradual. Some of our first caregivers were not assertive enough but I think having someone come when dad also has someone else there helps him feel a bit more relaxed and Ashley has been able to do more over ti... read more
