Disorganized. Don't follow up. Numerous billing problems. Very slow on follow up. Caregivers have been good. Maybe because they overpay them. There is no care management. They merely offer staffing. After initial placement, there is no personal service. No communication between caregiver, staff and client. The only way I know there is a problem is when a good caregiver quits. The service here is below average, in an industry where the bar for service is pretty low.

We have been utilizing your company for approximately 15-20 years I seen it go through many changes. The past few years things have not been going as well as in previous years, there have been reliability issues and phone calls have not been returned in a timely fashion. When a company is going through growing pains prices should remain the same or even decrease to compensate clientele for problems that have been incurred. Too many billing errors. I'm still waiting to be refunded an interest charge that wasn't mine. It's only $1.30 but it is still indicative of financial negligence.

Caregivers are tough to rate. You had some excellent ones as well as some terrible ones. Many that fell asleep on night shift and many that stayed awake. One that was even on drugs and had some serious mental health problems. While I love your office staff, especially Dustin, I feel that I should have had a rate reduction based on the aforementioned problems.
