I am getting more information now so communication is good with me. I think better communication with your caregivers is required. I also think better pay for them is needed. I have a great team of caregivers and I'd like to keep it that way. I train them with John daily, because his situation changes daily. They continue to learn and adapt, which is important for caregivers. Please keep me informed with any changes, sickness, or vacation with John's caregivers. Thank you La Dawson

The Caregiver you have provided has been with us for over 2+ years. She seems to know how to motivate my Mother. Also your office staff has always been friendly and very helpful also. We are completely satisfied with the service you provide.

There seemed to be a tremendous turnover of staff. There were some reliability issues. What I found most difficult is that during this period of problems with staffing and reliability, you raised your prices instead of lowering them to compensate for the problems that your clients were experiencing. There was a challenge with continuity of care. You came recommended highly to me by Stephie Altman and I used you once before. This time there were many glitches. You seem to have a problem assigning caregivers sometimes for more than one day.
