Please understand 7 is a high rating for me. Kate's best quality for me is I trust her. My mom is not difficult care right now so I am reserving 8, 9 and 10 for response to care conditions that have not happened yet. A 7 for me reflects no disappointment in Kate right now. I hope you understand my reasoning. Soon, my mom will have a serious lack of mobility, need to be lifted from sitting positions, and will be an increased fall risk.
