Kelly is my 9-4 caretaker and we get along just great!! She is a huge help and very lovely. I am so grateful to have "found" her. Theo was a help in this process and I want to include her as well. I feel lucky and like I am really being helped, which I NEEDED so badly. Even my ex-husband likes her and finds her to be so good for me/us. Griswold has been very good adapting to different situations and sometimes difficult times. If a caregiver is not a good match for my Mom, they are quick to get someone that is. All of the Caregivers seem to be good even the ones that aren't a good match for my Mom..

Every experience and encounter with Griswold was positive. We never had an issue that wasn't corrected to our satisfaction. Several times our usual caregiver was not available, however the substitute caregiver more that met our needs and exceeded our expectations. Our mom had to move on to full time memory care, but I would not hesitate to use Griswold again.
