Very pleased with staff and caregiver, Clarissa. Concerned though that Theo would not put in Grisswold's paperwork that my mom has dementia. Actually she denied my mom had dementia ...in front of my mom, when I questioned why she didn't check the box for dementia. It's imperative that all caregivers working with dementia patients are aware before coming to work with their client what they should be expecting.
