"Good til got to Finacing " When we first walked into this dealership we were looking for a truck. Our sales man Carlton was awesome, no complaints on him at all, the sales manager (don't remember his name but he had a shaved head)that day, was detailed and answered every question we had. "Great experience no pressure sales " We came into Groove Ford as we had been comparing the Edge & Explorer online. "I love my car" I came into the dealership because I had seen a car online. I wanted that Diamond and Pearl color and you happen to have one. I had no intention of actually buying car that day. But after I saw the car and drove it I decided it was the one for me. After about the car I took it to the Chevy dealer here and they ran it through all the tests and it turned out great. "Great experience at Groove Ford" Just purchased a used Ford F150 from Groove Ford. The original truck I was hoping to purchase was a little out of my price range even though Scottie reduced the price even more to get close to my budget. We found another truck that fit my budget and ended up purchasing it. I had a great experience with Steev, Scottie, and Russell and never felt pressured.
