"Texas Bound Truck" My husband and our 5 sons love their trucks, so it was no big surprise when they asked me to fly to Colorado to pick one up from the Groove Ford dealership. "Good and Bad" We came to Groove Ford to buy a car on the Z plan as my father-in-law is a Ford retiree. Our sales person Gabe was awesome, friendly and very helpful to us. She seemed very eager to make our experience a good one. Overall, all of the employees were friendly and helpful. Our major issue though was with one of the managers, Michael Troglia, who kept insisting that we also needed to provide a certificate to buy the car on the Z plan, not just the PIN. "Excellent customer service!" I called into Groove Ford looking for a pickup with specific options in mind. Gabrielle was the sales person who answered my call, she said she was my car guy and asked me to stop in. I was 20 minutes away, by the time I arrived she had a few pickups to look at. I made my selection and she got the ball rolling. From the time coming in to the time going home was short, sweet and to the point. "Two Thumbs Way Up" My wife and I came in looking for a used vehicle for work. Gabe was incredibly helpful as we tried vehicles ranging from pick ups to sedans to multiple in between. Not once did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle that wasn't right for me. Even after the sale I had multiple conversations with Gabe as she wanted to make sure everything was working and we were happy with our used vehicle. Would reccommend
