"Have Bought 2 Cars and Will Keep Coming Back" Just bought my second car from Groove Ford. Both times, Brian Johnson has connected me with the right salesman, and both times, they got me into the vehicle I wanted. This most recent time, Brian and Zac gave us an incredible offer on our trade-in (which I bought at Groove in 2013) and also got us a rate that was lower than what we came in pre-approved for with the help of one of the Financial Managers Ambrosia.
"Quick and easy lease return!" I returned a leased Ford with Sean Goodgain, and he had me in and out in 10 minutes. Groove provided a very friendly shuttle service (with Dave) to get me back home. "Quick transaction " I have to start off by saying that was by far the quickest car buying transaction I've ever had! They were extremely efficient and worked with us to get to our goal monthly payment. Victoria made the process easy and took all of our wants and wishes into consideration and get us into my husbands dream car with a great interest rate and within our price budget. "Great Experience - Word Honored" I worked with Victoria M. on my sale and she was great! She was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. The finance manager, Scott G. was great, and answered all my questions. When a few issues came up, I worked with Brian J. who stuck with it until the issues were solved. Hey honored their word, which was important. I would purchase another vehicle here. Also, I came in today and they were having team building exercises; must be a great place to work too!

Groove was excellent in the incentives PLUS they gave me excellent price for my older truck. Very pleased with the way they all handled things, but especially Tim in getting me the best deal.
