"ABOVE AND BEYOND." Though my car is a 2017 model, I've already experienced the service side and the buying side of this dealership and i only have good things to say. "Inquiry responsiveness - AWESOME!" Groove recently took in a special interest car on trade that caught my attention. Austin Adkins was super responsive and great to work with!!!! Though I was inquiring from out of state he replied to all of my questions in a timely manner and was eager to allow me to reach my own conclusion on the car without pressure. "Awesome experience and people!" Gabe (Gabrielle) is a rock star! She helped me and my son purchase a 2007 Eddie Bauer Explorer and was SO on top of everything (from texts to phone calls, and all the paperwork), even beginning before we even showed up at the dealership. "Great sales and good service " I have had my Fords serviced here for years now and since I've used them I have had good experiences with them.
