"Awesome!" I thought I would try buying in Denver vs Colorado Springs and man it was night and day! I was at Groove maybe 4 hours max. And I bought my last car in Colorado Springs and it took no joke one week! And the people at Groove are really nice and helpful. In a nut shell it was great and I'll be back!
"exceptional customer service " Craig Winter did an amazing job keeping me apprised of the deals Ford is offering. I am not a compulsive buyer so his patience and professionalism were much appreciated. Craig new what I was looking for and provided several options. Sales manager Dave Galbraith was able to make the numbers right so I was able to drive home a new F150. The truck is great to drive and the best part is my wife loves it as much as I do. Thanks guys.
"Wonderful. " The best dealership I've ever dealt with. Honestly no haggle at all I received more for my trade and got into double the truck I expected for the price I wanted. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. Thanks a lot groove ford. Oh yeah this all happened after I walked through their doors 5 minutes after closing hours.
"Top quality service!" Came here after having a poor experience with a competing dealership next door, and these guys were great. They were able to get me into a new car without issues and were very friendly and helpful in making sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
"Was serviceable issue - fixed" Was having issue with a serviceable issue - Art the Used Car Manager was EXTREMELY helpful. He was professional and very personable. Also spoke with Benji, was also very helpful and discussed all of the issues with car.
"Safety recall" I brouht my Fusion in when the power steering faulted nearly causing an accident. I tried to take it to a dealership Larry H Miller, which is much closer to me and they refused to take the time or concern to help me. My service advisor Alec educated me on the problem reassured me that it would be taken care of promptly and put me in a rental car until the vehicle was fixed. "Bought a new F150 from Juan about 45 days ago. I needed..." Bought a new F150 from Juan about 45 days ago. I needed some warranty work done, so I called Juan to see if he could arrange it. He called me back within the hour, with an appt. made for that Friday and a loaner car setup for me. That Friday, Chris the service manager, and Juan greeted me as they were expecting me and got me right into my loaner car and I was out of there. "I anticipate most dealerships will treat me like a moron,..." I anticipate most dealerships will treat me like a moron, often before I even get into the showroom. But Groove Ford didn't have to pass that test with me. I had spent about a month looking for a particular model Ford. As there is no competition in my closest city, I got on both the internet and the phone with a number of dealers along the Front Range.
