Outstanding Lease experience and customer service I've leased two cars from Groove Mazda. They were by far the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. The sales people are friendly, not pushy and willing to answer all my questions and allow plenty of time for decisions. The Service dept. does an excellent job as well! Just took my car here the other day... I called the dealership because I was having issues with my car. I hit the curb and kept hearing sounds. I called over to Groove and they were awesome. They were busy, but fit me right in. I explained what happened and told the guy the type of issues I was experiencing. Fantastic CX-5 lease experience I had a wonderful experience leasing my 2016 cx-5 from this dealership. Unlike some other places I visited, I felt the people here are trustworthy and honest, and cared about my satisfaction as a customer as much as about selling me a car. Excellent Customer Service We worked with a young woman named Rebekah, who was very knowledgable, easy going and made the process flow smoothly. There was never any pressure to purchase a vehicle.
