Thanks Chris Came in to purchase a fully loaded Mazda6, but did not realize how popular that car must be. When I arrived I was told there were very few in the state and I may have to wait awhile. After about 15minutes, Chris and Cliff found one for me and had it delivered the next day. Thank you Chris and Groove Mazda staff.
Smooth Car Buying Experience We made an appointment ahead of time with Tracy Demeza after going through our insurance's car-buying service. Tracy was very helpful and informative with explaining the interior/exterior of the car and had us test out certain features on the test drive. We ended up buying the CX-5 we test drove and the purchasing process was smooth and Tracy walked us through our options and gave us a very fair deal. Would definitely consider going back again for our next car.
Second CX-9 I just leased my second CX-9 from Groove, and once again had a truly excellent experience! Everyone from Sales to Finance was extremely helpful, knowlegeable, cordial, and most importantly fair! The understand the buying process and make every effort to make sure they EARN your repeat business.
