Great people over at Groove One of the best cur buying experiences I have had. Tracy DeMeza made the process easy and worked very hard to get the exact car we wanted, this included driving across town in rush hour to pick it up for us. The other staff at groove were also very friendly and did not give off any of that "high pressure" sale vibe. If you are in the market for a Mazda, definitely call Tracy.
Tracy gives you the best test drive ever! We did a lot of research, looked at reviews and safety ratings. We were pretty sure we were going with a Mazda CX5, but did a few other test drives before we test drove it to be sure. Stress free and fair... Great experience w/ Jeremy Had a great experience buying a used Jeep Liberty from Jeremy at Groove Mazda. He and everyone at the dealership were very helpful in assisting me in buying my first vehicle. He gave me a fair price on the vehicle and great customer service. Not too aggressive in their sales tactics like some other dealerships we visited.
CX5 purchsase I called and spoke with Chris after inquiring on line. Chris knew my budget, what I wanted and had worked with me. He was very friendly, low pressure and very easy to work with. Great job Rebekah I leased a CX-3 and the process was seamless. The sales people and the manager were personable, friendly, and patient. I tested three different cars, and, when I thought I had made up my mind for the CX-5, I decided to test drive the CX-3 again, and I was sold.
