CX-7 Service, good job! The reason I brought my CX7 to the service shop is because we were treated well, and fairly when we brought in my wife's CX9 for some work a couple months ago. groove mazda They gave me everything they promised, made my no down payment work. They were great in everything, I'm so happy with my car and the service I got. The only 4 star was the waiting time for the paperwork, otherwise 5 stars in everything else .
Fantastic buying experience at Groove Mazda!!! Groove Mazda specializes in excellent customer service with no pressure. Tracy is the best saleslady! Cheerful and reassuring - she made me feel very important! She calmed my fears and answered all my questions. It was like buying a car from my best friend!!! It was quick and easy! When i came in i told my salesman Jason about the car i was looking for, he pulled it up, told me about it and was very helpful. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. The buying process was quick and easy!
Who said buying a car could't be fun! If you're looking to buy a new Mazda or even a used car Groove is the place to go! I worked with Jack and he was super friendly and helpful, he answered all my questions and when he didn't know a for sure answer he made sure he found someone that did. Great Customer service I had an overall great experience at Groove Mazda not only was the buying process smooth and easy, the customer service was outstanding! I worked with Jack, even though he was pretty new he did a great job making the process fun and easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, this is not your typical dealership environment. I ended up buying a new Mazda 3 and I absolutely love it!

Great Experience with Groove Mazda! Came in after checking out a Mazda 3 I saw online. I had spoken to Chris and he had the car ready for me to look at when I got in. He was able to explain everything, show me all the features and get me the I touring Mazda 3 I was looking for at a Great Price. Awesome Went to Arapahoe Road this past Saturday, determined to find a new car. Visited several dealers in the morning, along car row, and was starting to lose hope that I would be able to find a vehicle I liked, in a budget that I could afford.
