Great Buying experience My wife and I came into the dealership looking for a new Mazda CX-5. We had had a chance to drive one a few days before at another Mazda store in town, but weren't crazy about our experince. Grove Mazda off Araphaoe Road is Wonderful I had been looking for a new SUV and I had been to so many different dealerships and was treated like I was an idiot and no way could I afford a new car. Zoom! Zoom! Great service! I went in expecting to just buy a base sedan model, but I leased a new CX-5 and got the best deal around. I thought I couldn't afford this SUV/crossover, but they made the numbers work. Everyone was honest and answered all of my questions without a hidden agenda. I would definitely recommend them!
Great car, buying experience and sales staff! I bought my first Mazda from Groove Mazda nearly a year ago- a 2012 Skyactive Mazda 3. Tracy Demeza was great to work with, found exactly the right car for me, no pressure and made the process fun and easy. She said it would get great gas mileage and it has! exceptional service The other day the yellow tire pressure light lit up in my Groove Toyota Prius. Since I was nowhere near the Broadway Groove Toyota dealership but, instead, in the vicinity of the Arapahoe Groove Mazda dealership, I pulled in there. Although the service bays were busy the guys made the time to not only have a look at why the light was on, but they even took the time to fix the reason for the warning light - a hole in the front right tire.
