Wonderful straight-forward service Tracy Demeza impressed us from the start with her no-nonsense, no-haggle attitude. She is extremely knowledgeable and instructs you clearly as you drive and learn to understand the vehicle. Her test drive course showed the great features of the Mazda and, quite frankly, helped us choose this over other makes. I highly recommend Tracy for any of your car needs.
Friendly, honest and listened to my needs This was my first time buying a car and Tracy answered all of my silly, rookie questions. I visited 2 other dealerships where I did not feel comfortable asking the same questions. She made the process painless, easy and I left feeling very happy about my decision. I recommend Tracy Demeza! I love my new CX5! My sales professional Tracy Demeza was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She took me on a great couple of test drives, showed me all the bells and whistles, and allowed me not to feel stressed out and pressured. It took me a few months to decide, but it was a great choice! The CX5 is fun to drive, mpgs hitting 30-32 for my highway driving. I highly recommend Tracy!
