Dropped off in the morning for my 1pm appointment. They called me 2 hours later for pickup and offered me a maintenance package to save me some money for my next visit. I’ve worked in dealers and this is a top notch location.

Josh in the service department provided good information as to the condition of the vehicle, what needed immediate attention, the time it would take, and pricing. He was spot on with the time, so much so that I was on my way to the dealership when he called to inform me that my car was ready.
I worked with Preston to look at a brand-new Forester. After visiting several dealers for other brands, Preston was the only salesperson who knew more about the vehicle than me! His product knowledge was miles above the people at Mazda, VW, and Toyota. Preston also provided unbiased feedback on trim levels and did not try to upsell me to a higher trim or any unnecessary add-ons. I really enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Subaru.
I specifically ask to work with Sophia every time. She very friendly, and knowledgeable about what needs to be serviced. I don't feel tricked in to agreeing to a service. Great waiting area, too!
