So I’m not one to usually leave reviews but the Service Department keeps asking for my feedback so here goes… I just moved to the area and this was my first visit to Groove Subaru. I brought my Crosstrek in for a problem with the remote start system. I was pleasantly surprised that their first available appointment was the next day and I think they did fix the problem so kudos there. Great experience! Enjoyed the waiting room area with the coffee and snacks. Always appreciate honesty and not finding these to fix that don’t need to be. Which I felt honesty was provided.
