Wait was a little long. When cashing out, bounced from one side of service to other looking for paperwork. Prior service car was parked behind striped parking spaces, another customer backed into my car. People are pleasant but scattered. In waiting room, I listened to 5 customers being sent to parts warehouse because parts had not been transferred onsite yet.
