My service was done on time with good explanations. I received a call when it was ready.
I had an excellent experience buying my first car here! The first person I contacted (Ryan Powers) kept in touch with me off the clock to make sure I got taken care of, and everyone else who worked with me (Sergio, Esteban, Grace, and Mr. Nelson) was very friendly, honest, and flexible. I spent 3 hours at the dealership and Sergio was very patient. The staff at Groove Subaru is excellent, this is the second Subaru I’ve bought there and I’m sure I’ll have my third from them when the time comes. Sergio is an amazing salesperson, he guide us (for the second time) to make an educated decision about our purchase. I strongly recommend Sergio as a sales person and Groove Subaru.
Joshua (my salesperson) was the best. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Would buy a car from him again in a heartbeat. Groove Subaru as a dealer adds a lot of accessories to their cars that I wasn’t a fan of. The amount of inventory they have was their redeeming quality. Morgan, who facilitated financing, was knowledgeable, but hardcore sold extra warranties and was borderline misleading. An uneducated buyer would have been easily ripped off.
I was pleased with the service but my name is Joan not JOn. Even after correcting the service rep you addressed this email to JON not Joan. I asked for a car wash; front end and windshield good, sides sleep and rear not done at all. Cabin air filter changed, air conditioner works much better, thanks!
