The staff and service Department are amazing. I bought a Crosstrek from a different dealer but I had it serviced at Groove. I said because I had such a pleasant experience that if I ever bought another Subaru it would be from Groove, and that's what i did.

I was a walk in, and Tiannah Baca was the service assistant that greeted me. She assured me that Grove would fit me in the next day, and they did. As it turned out, my car did require some serious mechanical work, and Tiannah kept me informed through out the entire process. I knew that she understood the timing situation for my trip, and she did everything possible to make sure I felt safe on for my travels. I will ask for Tiannah whenever I come in for service.
