Groove Subaru is an active place. There is always someone ready to talk to you. I have been doing service on my car here for a couple years. They do a great job and when it is open (not a high percentage in my experience), they wash your car before returning it! I recently considered purchasing a new car here and the sales consultant was great, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and gave me the opportunity to consider many options. However I did not end up buying a car here do to inventory and out-the-door cost.

Work was supposed to be finished within 24 to 48 hours. It was successfully completed, on the morning of the third day, well past what was anticipated. The good part is, I did receive a rental car, so I was able to manage my commitments. And the service manager was very apologetic for my inconvenience.
