My experience was quick and easy. Painless. Brett met me as I drove in to the Service Center and we discussed about what I wanted done and what needed to be done. When it was time he called for me a ride home. When the service was completed Brett called me and then called for me a ride to pick up my car.
Couldn't be more excited about my Forester purchase! Josh and Groove made the purchase a breeze, couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Tina is amazing and eased all the nerves I had when I walked through the door. So much gratitude for working with me and staying late to make sure everything worked out!

Purchased a Subaru Legacy about 2 weeks prior to my service visit. I was aware the radio was not working when I purchased the vehicle. I called Groove Subaru in Englewood & spoke to Josh. He was able to quote me an approximate price of $715 for parts & labor. I asked him to order me the part & let me know when it came in. I made an appointment with Brian for July 27th at 3:00pm.
