My overall experience this time was much better. I felt relaxed, and not pressured to get or buy another service. Tianna took the time to look into my customer record and noticed I still had one prepaid service available. However, I don't understand the point of booking an appointment if it's still going to take 2.5 hours for an oil change and air filter replacement. I was told that the 60K mile service would require me to leave my car ALL day. Having the same service advisor for every visit would have helped greatly. That's... read more
