Easiest car purchase we've ever had. An actual pleasure to work with the Groove team.
Very welcoming and hospitable - I had a bit of a hiccup with paperwork and spent a lot of time there, but every person I interacted with was very kind and everyone did their immediate best to reconcile the situation as quickly as possible!
Had my oil changed on a walk in with a coupon. Was nice to walk in.

Brett was fantastic. I made an appointment a week ahead telling service exactly what I needed. Only to come and be told just won’t get it in today. Left with a loaner that I didn’t want the responsibility for. The time before for oil change the tires weren’t rotated “ to early for” which means a second trip. If it weren’t for the people at the front desk like Brett I don’t think I’d come back
