If you are in need of a new or used car, I strongly encourage you to ask for Matt at Groove Subaru. We had a very specific budget and criteria list. He put in a lot of effort to find the perfect car for us. He was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Don’t waste your time going to other lots first like we did.
The staff were are very helpful and efficient in everything they did. They are all great and Surbaru has done a good job training. I will recommend three to friends whenever possible. They were very efficient and the work was done quickly. I was using a service special coupon and I admit that I didn't understand the final cost, but that was my fault and will pay better attention next time.

This was a very efficient, and economical follow up visit. It was also very painless. The young lady who guided me through it was pleasant and straightforward. I needed transport home and back, and that was efficiently arranged. This is the best service facility I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend it.
