I was at Groove Subaru to get an oil change. Everyone was friendly and my work was done in a timely manner. Tiannah was the one who helped me. She was a superb representative of your service department. She was friendly and really listened to me. This is becoming a rare quality in the various service industries. I hope I can get her again when I return for more services.

Service was fast and efficient. Elva explained Oil Change plans and what was left on the current plan- (no oil changes left).
Working with Joe was a breeze-very laid back professional style, great communication and never felt pressured. We ordered a Subaru and Joe was very responsive with updates and texts along the way. Highly recommend working with him on the sales process.
Josh and the team were helpful, courteous and patient. I felt very comfortable doing business with them.
The service department is run by women. What a great change that was! My adviser was personable, competent, and informative. The other women were equally competent, at least as far as I could tell.
Tina was an absolute pleasure to work with on the purchase of my SUV. She was knowledgeable, attentive and patient throughout the entire process.
