The service staff at Groove Subaru are courteous and professional. I live a half mile from another Subaru dealership but I travel 10 miles to have my SUV serviced by Groove Subaru.
Handled business professionally. Got me out of an unfortunate vehicle issue and into a new car with more features at a fairly great value.
Haley was a joy to work with. She kept me informed every step of the process and was so pleasant. I used Groove's valet service. It was so easy and saved me a lot of time making it was well worth the price. I had let my service on my car go for a bit, but the service reps worked with Haley and I to determine the best plan of action to get my car back up to speed. Much appreciated!
