My appointment was for noon. I dropped my car off at 8:30 in the morning and told them I would pick it up at 5 PM. They called me at 4:15 and told me they were running a little bit behind and wanted to know if I would be able to pick it up in the morning. I was very frustrated because I had a noon appointment time and left the car all day and they said that they were not going to get it done on time. After I expressed my frustration, they found somebody to do it by 5:15.

My experience with Groove Subaru started fast and hard in September when my car started smoking. I brought my car in when I first started noticing it and was able to get an appointment with Haley. The service center wasn't able to find the root of the problem and I got my car back. The smoking happened again and I was able to get videos of them to send them to Haley.
