I was in and out in 1 day, knew what I wanted and was able to receive the trade in value and price out the door that I was seeking. I spent all of 2 hours to complete the purchase of a new Outback Onyx in the color of my choice.
Incredibly easy to make an appointment online for recall plus oil change and tire rotation. Didn't have to wait very long to be heading back home. Very clean facility as well.

Fast professional service. Pleasant staff. Only issue: washed just the sides and front of my car....dirt on back windshield and plate.
Everyone is always nice and informative. The process of checking in was a little tricky but manageable. There was a long wait and they provided Lyft rides to customers to get where they needed to be. The only thing I was disappointed by was I was offered a complementary car wash when I dropped off but it wasn’t done when I picked up, when I asked if it could be done I was told the was was closed.

Haley was super amazing, she stayed in contact with me during the whole process consistently and was always there for me when I had questions. I was delighted by the way Haley and Matt handled my warranty issue even though I was frustrated and was not the best me.
