I went in to get my power steering diagnosed because the power steering light was randomly going off and on and David kept informed all along the process and gave me a diagnosis and fixed the issue along with othe maintenance I needed doin along the way. I got my car back in just 3 days and haven't had a problem with the power steering light coming on randomly since.
Stephany in Sales and Grace in Finance, were both great! They were personable and very knowledgeable.
Had a warranty issue with my vehicle and Josh took care of it and supplied a loaner care while it was completed , super helpful and i couldn't be happier!,,
I chose Groove for my car purchase simply because of how attentive Adrian was before I even stepped food on the lot. The experience was very smooth and not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Very happy with the experience!
