Overall, I've had very good service from Groove Subaru. This last service was to have tires installed and the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because of the amount of time it took to perform this service (6 hrs). In addition, they originally tried to give my old tires back to me - I had to tell them I did NOT want them. This is the 2nd time this has occurred, they should ask 1st if you want your old tires and not just assume you do. I paid a fee to have the tires disposed of.

Hands down, Rolly was one of the greatest experiences I ever had with a car salesperson. He was patient, kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and a big stress reducer. He did not have any hidden agenda and took lots of time to familiarize me with a new vehicle. This was my first experience with a Subaru. I had just the greatest time at a dealership. Thank you Rolly for being such a great ambassador. I normally get stressed and hate going to dealerships, but you made a big difference and I am grateful for that.
