I’ve used this dealership since 1994 when it started as Burt Subaru. I have known many of the service advisors and sales staff for many years. Dan Cassin has helped me purchase my last three new Subarus. I can always count on them for great service and feel like part of the Groove family!

The upselling to buy maintenance plans is ridiculous. They even persisted after telling me the previous plan I purchased expired earlier this summer and I had 1 oil change left on it that they wouldn’t honor. Seeing as how COVID was going on during the maintenance plan and people weren’t driving as much, it should have been extended and honored. Next time I will only work with Brett Tossie who always makes it right.

We had a smooth experience from start to finish. Adrian did such a nice job keeping us updated on the arrival of our car and it was delivered earlier than expected. And the tint and clear bra was put on quickly prior to pickup. It was great. Thanks!
